- Submit a support ticket
- Write in the description what exactly happened.
- Attach the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) you received from the Google Play Store or iTunes
- Make sure you also fill in your in-game Customer ID in the correct field.
Once we receive all the information, we will gladly restore any and all lost items to your game. :)
