The advertisements that you see on Triple Match 3D are often sourced by third-party advertising platforms, and we rely on external sources to monitor the content of the advertising that appears on our games.
If you feel that an ad is inappropriate or offensive, we offer two different solutions.
Reporting The Ad
We welcome all feedback from our players regarding advertisements that appear in the game.
In order to report the ad, we ask that you provide us with the following information:
- The Data and Time you saw the ad
- Your Device
- Your Operating System
- Which Country You Are In
- Your Customer ID
- A Screenshot of the Ad
Once we have received this information, we can pass it on to our developers for further investigation.
Blocking The Ad
If you don’t wish to report the ad, you can always block the ad by tapping the Information button, represented by the symbol in the bottom corner of the advertisement. This will give you the option to “Stop seeing this ad”.
