While Triple Match 3D can be played without access to the Internet, many of the external features, such as the challenges and teams section, require a steady internet connection.

If your game has issues connecting to the internet, we can recommend a few tips that may fix the issue.

• Clearing the cache on your device
• Restart the device
• Restart the internet connection
• Switch between Wifi and Mobile Data
• If on Wifi, restart the router
• Close Background Applications
