There are two ways to contact the team.
- Through the in-game support system
- Via our official email
In-Game Support System
In order to reach the in-game Support System, you need to follow these steps.
- Open your game
- Click the Cog in the top right corner
- Tap on the Support Option

For a New Request, click Create Request
- Once you have sent the message, it will move the ticket to the My Requests section
- When a Player Experience Representative Replies, you will get an in-game notification
Via Email
If you don’t want to go through the official support system, you can also contact us via our email address - support@boomboxgames.net.
If you do choose to email us, please be sure to include the name of the game you are playing and your Customer ID, which can be found in the Settings menu underneath the Privacy Policy.
